At Ballet Magique® Productions, we look to finance powerful stories that have a strong message with a visual aesthetic.

 

We are looking for projects that tell resilient, epic stories that delve into issues, question our time, and also have a clear point of view and artistic vision. Through our general fund, we invest in 3-4 projects a year and review projects year-round on a rolling basis. If you are working on a feature-length film and are looking for funding, we welcome you to submit a Letter of Inquiry.   

 

We will take a look at your project at whatever stage and help empower you by going through a development deal.

 

We are also looking at projects that are already packaged.

 

In order to streamline and simplify the submissions process for our team and filmmakers applying, we have transitioned to a Letter of Inquiry-based process.

LETTER OF INQUIRY - GENERAL SUBMISSIONS

If you are interested in applying to our development program or seeking financing, please send a Letter of Inquiry via email to anthony@balletmagique.com The LOI should fit on one page and be around 500 words. Please submit the LOI as an attachment in a .doc or .pdf format. The LOI should include:

• Logline or short synopsis

• Background on the film team: directors, producers, and any key crew

• Information about the stage of the project

• The total budget amount and the financing raised so far (include a list of funding sources to date)

• ​

If all you have is a script, please submit your Logline, short synopsis, and vision.

We will respond to your LOI in 2-4 weeks. If you are invited to submit a script or screenplay, we will follow up with you directly with the next steps.
